Another signature project by Chard, completed in 2021. Gorgeous full size 360 degree rooftop with dog run, garden beds, fire pit and BBQ. The units are modern with luxury vinyl plank, open concept living, quartz countertops, stainless appliances.

There are two-buildings in the complex, with a total of 266 units, managed by Firm.

The 845 Johnson St tower has 135 units across 20-storeys, while the adjacent 848 Yates Street tower has 131 units and 22 storeys. Some units have BC Housing covenants for affordable home ownership and first-time buyers.
