The Wave

The Wave was constructed in 2006. It has a gym, storage, allows rentals, pets under 25 pounds, bbq’s and has been diligently maintained. With all neccesities and amenties within walking distance, you won’t need a car.

The building stands 13-storeys tall and offers 105 units.

Up to 2 dogs or cats or one of each up to 25lbs in weight.
