A former government building (Ministry of Forests, Service Canada), that in 2017 was converted to a 4-storey residential and commercial development in Victoria's chinatown.
The 53 units, range in size from 500 square feet to 1,585 square feet, and boast 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. Units on the top floor have two levels. The building includes a gym and approximately 30 parking spots.

Six units on the top floor have an upper level.
Cielo Properties undertook the restoration, upgrading the structure to be 100% seismically compliant. Engineeres created a new core around the existing core of the building.
